Located west, on the heights of Saint-Estèphe, the vineyard consists of 38 hectares of gravelly soil on clay-limestone bedrock. The wines of château de Pez have wonderful tannic structure, power, a long aftertaste, a great deal of finesse, and excellent ageing potential.
