History
Dom Caudron bears the name of the village's most famous priest, who in 1929 donated 1000 francs to wine growers to enable them to set up the cooperative. The 23 wine producers along with the priest therefore joined forces and bought a pressing room with the aim of getting the most value from their grapes.
