Camille Giroud perusti tämän Beaunen kaupungissa sijaitsevan perinteikkään viinitalon vuonna 1865. Talon omistus siirtyi alkuvuodesta 2002 Giroudin perheelta joukolle amerikkalaisia viiniharrastajia (mm. viinintekijä Ann Colgin). Maison Camille Giroud ei juurikaan omistaa viinitarhoja vaan ostaa rypäleet sopimusviljelijöiltä. Talon omistuksessa ovat vain Avaux- ja Les Cras-tarhat Beaunessa ja Au Crêtot Pommardin kukkulan takana.
