Blend: 30% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier (30% reserve wines aged on lees for 24 months; colouring by blending)
Ageing: Minimum 24 months on lees
Dosage: <6 g/l
Winemaking: A skilful blend of three Champagne grape varieties with a focus on Pinot, including 30% reserve wines, and aged over 24 months on lees. The Rosé color is achieved by blending pinot red wine before bottling.
