Det har sedan gått vidare till att bli en av Italiens mest kända viner. 25th Anni börjar som en vingårdsren produkt med urval av den finaste frukten vid skörden, följt av en andra selektering i källaren. I huvudsak representerar 25th Anni de finaste faten Sagrantino gården har producerat under ett visst år.
