Finca Libertad, Mendoza River Upper Bank, Maipu, Mendoza

Harvest time:

Second week of March.

Winemaking process:

Short maceration from 12 to 24 hours. Draining and racking. Fermentation.

Technical data:

Alcohol:13,5. pH: 3,40. Acidity: 6,2.
