The Story
Initially our Fiano was used in blending and adding interest to some of our other varieties. One of the winemakers favourites, it has demanded year on year to be put in bottle for all to enjoy. Finally released under the Winemakers Reserve label, the Fiano's natural acidity and ability to retain freshness allows its varietal citrus and tropical fruit flavours to flourish.
