The Story
The grapes for the single vineyard come from the 'La Pampa Estate' at an altitude of approximately 1350 meters. A unique terroir with a very beneficial effect on the Malbec grape. The nights are cold, due to the air flow flowing down from the mountain, which stimulates the grape to develop a wide range of aromas.
The grapes from the 'La Pampa' vineyard ferment in a special way in a large oak barrel. Special and delicate aromas are given the opportunity to mature. After all sugars have been fermented, the wine is transferred to smaller barrels, where further maturation takes place.
