Our Barbaresco “Vignesparse” comes exclusively from vineyards located in Neive belonging to different Crus. It ripens then in Slavonian oak-wood casks.
Colour: brilliant ruby red tending in the course of time to orange.
Fragrance: ethereal and composite (liquorice, wild rose, violet).
Taste: dried, endearing, calm, of great elegance.
Temperature of service: about 19°.
