Grapevine: Moscato.
It is the most famous sweet wine of the Piedmont region. Its vine is very ancient and you find traces of its existence already in 1200.
It has a golden yellow colour, unmistakable taste and fragrance. Of low alcoholic strength (about 5°), it owes its sweet taste to the non-completely fermented sugar of grapes. It matches perfectly with desserts and fruits.
