The Story
Terroir, production method and ripening: Pinot Noir grapes are obtained from Autréau's own vineyards, Verneuil, in the Marne Valley. Pinot Meunier is purchased from a partner in the Aube Valley.
Maturation: in steel tanks and at least 24 months in the bottle.
Description: The aroma is fresh and mineral and is tinged with green apple aromas. The taste is dry, elegantly fruity and upright and has even toasty aromas. Small and lively bubbles last a long time in glass.
