Written Notes

Bright rosé colour with slightly orange hue. Well structured nose with slightly ethereal touch, elegant maturity, refined fruit reminiscent of red berries and Morello cherries, hints of white nougat in the background. On the palate well structured with rich approach, refined acidity and very good mousseux, repeating the fruit flavour of the nose, discreet spiciness in the finish, very convincing length.
