The Story
The Premium Reserve range begins with the core Brut bottling. The blend is (relatively unusually) around 55 percent Pinot Meunier, with 25 percent Chardonnay and 20 percent Pinot Noir. It has a dosage of 9 grams per liter sugar. Reserve wine content ranges between 20 and 40 percent, against 60 to 80 percent of the most recent year's wine.

The Premium Reserve Brut character revealed in its Rosé version: its blending of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Meunier gets animated when the red wine of Bouzy (7 to 9%) joins it. Dense aromas of red fruits combine with the roundness of Charles Mignon style. A rose petal colour translates its elegance.
