Written Notes

Dark purple colour with violet hue and black core. Excellent nose with ripe fruit, blackcurrants, blackberries and hints of sweet plums, elegant toasting and fine oak spices, a whiff of vanilla and blackcurrant spurs in the background. Complemented by hints of cold smoke. On the palate well structured with fine acidity. Powdery tannins, good grip, elegant fruit quoting the nose, convincing length with great refinement and exciting tension.
