Written Notes

Bright golden colour. Mature nose with aromatic herbs (chamomile) and hints of ripe pomaceous fruit, pear and apple. Some candied lemon zest in the background. On the palate well balanced with mild acidity, good mouthfeel, fruit quoting the nose complemented by honey and honeydew melon, ripe style with good length.
