Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with green hue. Elegant nose with fine fruit reminiscent of fresh grapefruit and grapefruit zest, tangerine, sage and white blossoms, hints of boxwood in the background. On the palate well balanced with fine acidity, creamy texture, elegant citrus fruit and white blossoms in the finish, elegant minerality, medium bodied with very good length.
