Dark purple colour with violet hue and black core. Well concentrated nose with ripe fruit, blackcurrants, blackberries and hints of mulberries, subtle oak, ripe plums and also a whiff of chocolate coated prunes. On the palate rather medium bodied but very persistent, very good length and juicy finish.
