Bright yellow with green hue. Elegant nose with fragrant fruit, grapefruit peel, physalis, lemon zest, ripe pear and hints of mint and elder blossoms in the background. On the palate elegant with fine structure, balanced acidity, medium body but very persistent finish, creamy texture and excellent length.
