Haut-Simard Saint Émilion Grand Cru - 60% Merlot 40% Cabernet

Franc – 30% New Oak – 40 hl/ha Full plum, there is a touch more

richness here on the nose, denser mid palate too, generous and fleshy

with good attack, nice result. 86-88/100 2020-2028

Medium deep colour. Ginger, plum, smoky, graphite aromas and flavours. Generous plum redcurrant fkavours and looseknit muscular tannins and nearly acidity. More precise and elegant. 91 points

Dark purple red with violet hue. Very elegant nose with aroma reminiscent of vanilla and sweet berries, spicy character in the background. On the palate well structured with elegant fruit, firm but ripe tannins, sweet fruit and discreet spiciness. A full-bodied wine with medium length.
