Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with green hue. Flavourful nose with aroma reminiscent of fresh grapefruit zests, lime zest, aromatic herbs and a whiff of boxwood. On the palate fine minerality, intense citrus zests, hints of aromatic herbs and distinct, almost salty minerality. Very convincing length.
