Written Notes

Dark purple colour with violet hue and black core. Sophisticated nose with ripe fruit reminiscent of juicy plums, black cherries, blackcurrants and blueberries. In the background refined toasting and discreet hints of graphite. On the palate well structured with finesse and persistence, a wine with great precision displaying juicy fruit and mild spices.

Tasted in May 2021. 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc. 13.1% alcohol. Dense dark berries on the nose, luscious fruit and fine tannin on the palate, strong backbone, persistent aftertaste. Pretty wine.

Ruby. Scented, red fruits, anise, blackberries and spices, floral, violets, detailed nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, dark fruits, anise, cassis, structured, touch of liquorice and raspberries, long finish. A very fine Pédesclaux. 92-94
