Bright yellow colour with green hue. Fragrant nose with elegant fruit, hints of starfruit, grapefruit and tangerine zest, pear and white blossoms in the background. On the palate creamy texture, fine acidity, hints of salty minerality, flavour quoting the nose, very good length.
