The Story

The vineyard was planted in 1951.
The basic wine matures on the lees in oak barrels for 8 months, and is not clarified or filtered. Malolactic fermentation is also allowed. The wine was bottled for a second fermentation in May 2017.
After a long lees maturation, a 2 g/l dosage was added to it during recorking.
