Vintage 2005

2005 VINTAGE in Burgundy / Hopes made way for certainty.

2005 promises to produce outstanding whites, with elegance and opulence beyond the norm, and superb, seductive and well-structured red wines.

Written Notes

Good looking normal size bottle. Colour is green-yellow and light. On the nose it is youthful, fresh and modest. The taste is round, harmonious, fresh, and dry, and average in acidity, light, with balanced, well-structured structure and youthful. On the palate it is layered and has waxy, white fruits and citrus flavours. The finish is long, lingering, pure and vibrant. This wine is generous, transparent and fine. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 1-5 years and decant at least 15min before tasting.
