The Story
Origin: Os Pontones (Freixido de abaixo) and O Cabalín (Viladequinta), DO Valdeorras
Production: 4 014 bottles
Vinification: Grapes are destemmed 100%, skin maceration between 3 to 8h at 10º. Grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press. The juice is pumped and ferments at a temperature of 18º during 8 days. Then the wine is aged on the lees in stainless steel tank during 9 months.
