Variety: Piedirosso and Aglianico

Ageing: 4 - 5 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting notes: Ruby red color. There are evident notes of freshly picked red fruit in the nose. In the mouth, one experiences freshness and softness with the pleasure of fresh fruits of the forest and sweet tannin.

Food match: To be enjoyed with simple plates of meat, including grilled.
