Written Notes

Bright, light ruby red colour. Round, ripe red berry nose shows wild raspberries, cherries and floral notes. Medium-bodied and round palate. Gentle acidity and silky tannins escort the smooth and relatively intense red fruit character. Delicate wine with vivid finish. Compliments gnereously various sorts of dishes from white meats to fatty fish dishes. Serve gnetly chilled at 15-16C and try with Vitello Tonnato. – JL 88p (4/2020)
