On the palate it is layered and has smoky, toasty, chocolate, caramel, spice, raspberry, plum, violet and perfumed flavours. The finish is long, round, lingering, flavorful, spicy and vibrant. This wine is well-rounded and fine. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 1-5 years and decant at least 2h before tasting.
