The Story

Blend: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara.

This superior quality young wine (always taste last vintage) has a bright and seducing colour, and a delicate bouquet; it is ideal for light lunches as is typical of the modern lifestyles, but with a low alcohol content and the content of red wine substances that make it highly digestible.

Vinification: Rosé with short maceration on the skins for 15/20 hours at controlled temperature.
Ageing: 3 months in stainless steel vats.
Colour: Bright, intense pink, almost cherry-like, bright and transparent.
Bouquet: Subtle fragrant scent of fresh fruits.
Flavour: Dried and zesty, pleasantly sapid persistent
Alc: 12% vol.
Food matches: Any type of hot or cold summer vegetable dish, meat and fish.
Serve: 11/12°C.

Written Notes

Light salmon red rose color. Fresh and clean strawberry nose. Dry, fresh, acidic, light, and harmonious wine with very nice and balanced after taste. Good everyday rose for light food such as Tuna salad, cold cuts and sauteed white wish. Serve at 7-9C. JL 88p (8/2019)
