A limited release, this wine is a classic blend of grapes from our home vineyard. It has a fine persistent mousse with soft approachable fruit, a subtle hint of autolysis and a delicate oak character.

This wine is a classic blend of grapes from our home vineyard and was 100% barrel fermented in two year old Burgundy barrels. It was bottled unfiltered straight from the barrels before spending two years in the bottle on lees.

Total Acidity: 12.75g/l

Residual Sugar: 9g/l

Alcohol: 12%
