This wine is a classic blend of grapes from our home vineyard and was 100% barrel fermented in two year old Burgundy barrels. It was bottled unfiltered straight from the barrels before spending two years in the bottle on lees.

Residual Sugar: 9g/l

Alcohol: 12%
