Written Notes

This single vineyard wine made from Sauvignon Blanc Sémillon blend and aged 100% new French oak (12% new oak, 6% 2nd year and 76% natural oak). TA: 6.89 g/L; RS: 2.0 g/L; Alc: 13.0%.

Light, green yellow colour. Elegant and refined nose with some limey notes and very delicate toasty aromas. Dry, good acidity grip on palate with vibrant toasty zestiness. Vivid long finish with extremely elegant toastiness. Harmonious and concentrated. Reminiscent of Pessac-Léognan white sauvignon blancs. (JL 91p (3/2022)
