This young vibrant wine has a brilliant clear colour and all the distinctive aromatics of a young Sauvignon Blanc – refined grassiness coupled with an abundance of tropical, lychee and gooseberry aromas. The palate shows crisp acidity with genuine varietal flavours and a lively lime finish. A benchmark for a South Australian Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is bottled under screwcap to maintain consistency in each bottle.
