Very good quality wine, the wine got an expressive aulolysis complex characters of Yeast, Bready, Cheese, Almonds and oxidative characters from its long bottle ageing and the use of the reserve wine.
Wine's high acidity which is balanced with the residual sugar and the Primary characters of Lime and Citrus notes.
The intensity of the wine s pronounced characters of Strawberry and lemon.
The wine lacking of the hihg quality expression of fine bubbles.
