The philosophy of the estate is to let nature take its course as much as possible the grapes are hand sorted. After a cold maceration, of a minimum of 15 days, fermentation is carried out during 12 or 15 days. 10% of the wine is stored in new oak barrels before being blending with the wine from stainless steel tanks.
