"Characters", the Gamet Family memoirs. Since 1999, Philippe Gamet has been preserving his reserve wines on the principle of a Solera method. Vinified and matured in oak barrels, it is a blend of both banks, with a majority of Meunier, the king grape variety of the Valley!
Blend: 80% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay (80% reserve wines from réserve perpetuelle since 1999)

Eye : A luminescent and bright yellow with subtle greenish reflections. In the glass the elegant perlage releases a fine, sustainable chain of bubbles.
Nose : A fine and elegant bouquet with aromas of white fruits, subtle spicy notes (gingerbread), a hint of orange zest and a gentle mineral note.
Palate : The palate notices pure tones and elegance. Beautiful harmony and pleasant maturity. Seductive aromas of white fruits and citrus fruits (green lemon) together with gentle spicy accents. In the long-lasting final the aromas of dried herbs merge with wonderful freshness.
