Composed of an artful co-fermentation and separate aging of Assyrtiko, Malagouzia, and Chardonnay, the 2025 vintage presents a brilliant golden-yellow hue and an expressive, multi-layered nose of ripe green apple, zesty citrus fruit, fragrant white jasmine, and subtle mineral undertones.
