The blend is from four parcels in the four Grand Cru villages of Le Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Avize and Cramant and is actually a vintage wine, 100% from one fine harvest year.

Jäsningen sker i rostfri ståltankar med temperaturkontroll vilket bevarar de naturliga aromerna av Chardonnay som växer i krithaltiga jordar. TASTINGNOTE ‘Just nu ren 2004. 2 gram socker. Mer äppelarom än i den vanliga standardchampagnen. Krispig utan att vara direkt hård. Tappar tyvärr saffran och citrus när dosagen är så liten. Knastertorr finish.’
