The Story
This cuvée was first introduced in 2007 and was a bit of a revolution for the house of Pierre Péters which had only produced Blanc de Blancs Champagnes prior to that. The Chardonnay fruit comes from Le Mesnil and is blended with a wonderful ‘Rosé de Saignée’ yielding a Rosé Champagne full of freshness, purity and elegance. An expressive and original rosé with a big personality.

The robe is clear, with a very frank pink color. The mousse is fine and regular with a pretty ribbon of bubbles.
