This new wine in the Pierre Peters wine of Champagne range is predominantly the Cuvée de Réserve with an extra year in tank. the base of the wine is 2007 while the reserve wines date back to 1988. Rodolphe Peters uses reserve wines aged in cognac barrel as a base for his liqueur rather than concentrated must for the Réserve Oubliée.
