Written Notes

Sleeping Lady Cabernet Sauvignon represents the culmination of finding an ideal single vineyard to debut and to share with friends around the world. This wine embodies our sensory values of ethereal floral aromatics, sculptural palate weight, vibrant red-fruit flavors and depth of classic layered finesse.

Deep, dark ruby red to purple colour. Intense, jammy and seductively toasty nose with brambles and sweet spices. Full-bodied, intense and mouthfilling smooth texture. Refined tannins gives good backbone to round and spicy mid palate with lovely dark chocolate and bramble flavours. Long spicy and toasty finish. Very promising wine that reaches its optimum drinking stage in 5 to 8 years. JL 94p (8/2018)
