Wine Description
The Story
This beautifully smooth Champagne is blended from the same wines as the Brut Cuvée de Réserve but is quite a bit sweeter. The golden hue, the tiny bubbles and the perfect balance of freshness and richness make this a delight for those with a sweeter tooth.
Roger Manceaux Demi-Sec goes perfectly with all sorts of desserts and sweeter dishes. For a real treat try it with Foie Gras. Amazing!

Tasting Notes
Rich yellow in colour with streams of fine bubbles. The nose is open and warm revealing ripe yellow fruits (peaches and apricots) with touches of brioche or toast, whilst in the mouth there’s a vinosity that brings complexity and substance. This is a Champagne that is well-structured, round and which fully expresses the terroirs from which it comes. Ideal for anyone who appreciates a slightly sweeter style of champagne.
