Soils: Shallow and stony soils with overlying sandy loam, some clay.

Winemakers: Paul Bourgeois

Winemaking: Estate Vineyard blocks were picked at several ripeness levels and fermented separately in tanks and old oak vessels.

Colour: Pale Straw

Bouquet: Stonefruit, kaffir lime and a note of creaming soda.

Palate: A crisp entry and creamy mid palate end with a spicy, dry finish. The flavour spectrum is complex and multi-layered.

Release Date: October 2013
