A section of our Weightmans Block 1 vineyard was set aside for the crafting of this wine. Planted on red brown loamy soil, the underlying subsoil is composed of stone and gravel providing the vines with a deep, well-drained profile to grow in. Good looking normal size bottle. Colour is green-yellow and light. On the nose it is open, intense, youthful, refined, fresh, charming and pure. The taste is fresh,voluptuous, focused, fruity, elegant,robust, and dry, and average in acidity, light, with well-structured, well-integrated,satin texture, concentrated, perfectly balanced structure and youthful. On the palate it is layered and has white fruits, mineral, apricot, creamy and citrus flavours. The finish is long, lingering, pure and vibrant. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 1-5 years.
