Written Notes

Surprisingly youthful colour with shining golden yellow and still green hue. Refined nose with complex character, reminiscent of ripe peaches, tropical fruit, granadilla, mango and tangerine juice. Candied Angelica in the background. The wine takes advantage from some time in the glass eventually displaying nuances of aromatic herbs such a s thyme, basil and lemon grass, white blossoms. Creamy texture on the palate with fine sweetness and acidity, juicy fruit, reminiscent of Williams pear and peach, tropical fruit, aromatic herbs and honey loaded blossoms. Excellent length.
