On the nose, classic Grüner Veltliner notes of black pepper are complemented by fine minerality and the aroma of ripe apples.
The palate is juicy and beautifully balanced. Exotic fruit flavours of lychee, Nashi pear and papaya create an appealing complexity, while the interplay of delicate sweetness and lively acidity gives the wine freshness, elegance and a long, refreshing finish.
