The first Heidsieck vintage rosé to market since 1999, released before the slumbering 2005, reminds us what pure pleasure it is. A roll-call of Champagne’s most distinguished crus – no fewer than 15 – contribute to the blend of 63% pinot noir and 37% chardonnay.
