Inside Information

Fieuzal sits upon one of the finest, gently sloping gravel outcrops in the Pessac-Léognan appellation of Graves. Thin, gravel-studded soils allow for superb drainage and heat diffusion, offering acidity and minerality that make them especially suitable for producing some of Bordeaux’s most complex and delicate white wines.

The terroir is equally adept for reds, the soils making it possible to create wines that offer a stunning contrast between richness and freshness, capable of remarkable evolution over many years.
