The Story

Every vintage presents a new challenge to create high quality wines that will improve with age.

After blending, the wine is left to age in a 1200-barrel capacity air-conditioned cellar with controlled humidity levels. 25 to 35% of the barrels are replaced every year with new ones from the best coopers.

A smaller 200-barrel capacity cellar is reserved for the white wines.

Ruby. Blackberries, vanilla, blueberries, cassis and spices nose. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, dark fruits, anise, spices, juicy with texture, some alcohol warmth, long finish. 93

Dark purple red with violet hue and black core. Expressive nose with distinct spiciness, liquorice and gingerbread spices, backed by juicy fruit reminscent of blackberries and blackcurrants, in the background hints of graphite and cold smoke. On the palate complex and rich with intense fruit, hints of graphite and mild spices, ripe tannins and fine acidity, multi-layered fruit in the finish, excellent length and body.
