2017 Château d´Ampuis is very complete and nuanced, much closer to the la, la:s than the Brune et Blonde, like a very good second wine from a first growth, the perfume of Viognier is certainly present and the darkness of ripe Syrah even more so, very fluid and grainy despite its concentration.
